Our mission at Mission for Employment is to empower individuals to reach their full potential through access to meaningful employment opportunities. We believe that everyone deserves the chance to lead fulfilling and productive lives, and we are dedicated to breaking down barriers to employment and providing the resources and support needed for success.

Our approach is two-fold. Firstly, we work with employers to identify and address the barriers that prevent individuals from finding and retaining meaningful work. This includes everything from addressing skills gaps and providing training and development opportunities to creating inclusive workplace cultures and removing systemic barriers to employment.

Secondly, we work directly with individuals to help them build the skills and confidence needed to succeed in the workforce. This includes career counseling and job search assistance, as well as support for overcoming personal and systemic barriers to employment.

We are committed to empowering individuals from all backgrounds, including those from disadvantaged communities, individuals with disabilities, and other marginalized groups who face significant barriers to employment.
